As part of a ShapeXpress fitness club membership, ShapeXpress provides the services of personal fitness instructors, nutritional counseling, kids corner—a safe environment for children to play within view of the circuit, showers, lockers and a comfortable dressing room complete with toiletries like shampoo, hairspray, blow dryers, etc. In addition to our superior workout program, ShapeXpress offers services like tanning, massage and sauna, and our own line of quality nutritional products.
